Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Is a highly effective form of self defense with the course introducing you to the main elements and strategies of the sport.
Defensively to escape bad positions and situations with realistic and battle tested techniques that work.
Offensively to take an aggressor to the ground, immobilize them, work through a hierarchy of positions culminating in a submission finish.

Beginner Course run weekly at 7pm on Tuesday & Thursday

Mixed Martial Arts.

Is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. It is highly effective and entertaining with a vast technical repertoire which we will explore.
Introduction to stand up striking, wall work, takedowns and defense will be the main areas covered.

Classes comprise of
- a group warmup at your own pace
- technical instruction
- skill development via repetition, pad work and drills with a partner
(bring a gym buddy if you like, but there will be other beginners to partner up with anyway)
* please note: there is no sparring at this stage as the appropriate skills need to be developed first.

Beginner Course run weekly at 8pm on Monday & Wednesday
