Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Beginners Kids

5-8 Yrs

The Beginners Kids Program was developed by Satori Coaches in order to establish a strong fundamental base and understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for some of our youngest members. The class consists of a warm-up, technique and sparring. This class is the first stepping stone in young children's jiu-jitsu journey and so the atmosphere is more relaxed and more focused on maintaining structured learning and enjoyment throughout the class.

Intermediate Kids

8-12 Yrs

This Class Group was developed by the coaches at Satori for slightly older and more developed kids. The class continues to improve and develop the fundamentals and the understanding of Jiu-Jitsu. The class consists of a warm-up, conditioning, technique and sparring. This class is a structured and disciplined group in which the students are able to understand the basics and are learning more intermediate techniques. The students begin to develop their own style and approach to Jiu-Jitsu in this class.

Advanced Kids

8-12 Yrs

The Advanced Kids Program was developed by the Coaches at Satori for our most advanced young students. This Group has a good understanding of Jiu-Jitsu and well developed fundamentals. The class consists of a warm-up, conditioning, technique, and sparring. The focus of this class is to continue to develop each students Jiu-Jitsu style and to teach them advanced techniques.

Teens BJJ

13-17 Yrs

The Teens BJJ Program was developed by the coaches at Satori to create a class group that facilitates teenagers of all ages and levels. This group is suitable to all teenagers from complete beginner to a high level competitor. The class consists of a warm-up, conditioning, technique and sparring. The focus in this class is to create a calm learning environment that allows students to develop their Jiu-Jitsu and to progress fluidly into our adults program.
